Erbey

President

Erbey Yesil is originally from Adana, Turkey, but has been living in Minnesota since 2012. He attended St. Cloud State University, where he graduated with a degree in Communication.

Before launching Sharc, Erbey worked for a start-up in the Minneapolis area, where he gained a ton of experience in business leadership, account acquisition, and coaching. He loves what he does because of the people he works with. His future goals include establishing new business partnerships and continuing to expand markets for clients.
 
Outside of work, Erbey enjoys playing basketball, rowing, video games, and watching movies, with the Lord of the Rings trilogy being his favorite.

Hayden

Sales Account Executive

Hayden has a background in software and coding. His goal is to gain business and entrepreneurial experience with the Sharc team, before launching a business of his own. He prides himself on making a positive impact on anyone he comes in contact with.

Outside work, he enjoys playing volleyball, trying out new restaurants, playing video games, and spending time with his baby. His favorite food is homemade chocolate chip pancakes!

Amanda

Sales Account Executive

Amanda is a Minnesota native with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota. Her background is rooted in customer service and collections – work that sharpened her ability to connect with people and navigate tough conversations. That same skill set translates naturally into her role at Sharc, where she works with clients in both English and Spanish.

Amanda originally set her sights on veterinary medicine, and her career path reflected that goal – until she found Sharc. She chose this opportunity not because it fit her original plan, but because the culture did. She wanted a team she actually looked forward to being around, and that’s exactly what she found.

She’s now fully invested in a new direction. Her goal is to build her own business, and she sees her time at Sharc as a direct step toward that. Outside of work, Amanda spends her time with her kids, her friends, and the coworkers who’ve become both.
